ALL PHOTOGRAPHS CREATED BY PHOTOGRAPHER/S ARE COPYRIGHT PROTECTED: The photographs produced by the photographer/s are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without the photographers explicit written permission. Wedding packages include printing and reproduction rights to all images.

CLIENT AGREES that the photographer/s is/are the exclusive photographer/s for this wedding. Although the photographer/s allow guests to take snapshots, the bride and groom agree to make sure that guests do not interfere or cause excessive distractions while photographer is working with the bride & groom / wedding party. This does not apply to candid events others may wish to photograph throughout the day.

LIMITS OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event that the photographer is injured or becomes too ill to photograph the event, the photographer will make every effort to secure a replacement photographer. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the event package. The photographer will make every reasonable effort to produce and deliver your wedding portraits. Photographer’s entire liability to CLIENT/s for any and all claims is limited to a refund to CLIENT/s of the amount paid for services. We do a lot to prevent problems, including scheduling sufficient time. It is necessary to have all parties cooperation in keeping to the time schedule. Insufficient time can have a direct impact on the quality and quantity of the photographs. If the CLIENT, the families, or bridal party do not meet the time schedule, some requested portraits may get omitted. Omitted portraits have no monetary value.
IT WILL BE THE CLIENT’S RESPONSIBILITY to schedule and receive permission to use various locations for photography, as well as pay for any fees (parking, photography permits, entrance fees, etc.).

PREVIEW PRESENTATION will be ready about 6 to 8 weeks after the wedding date. Unless shipping is arranged, all items purchased are picked up at our studio. No albums or prints will be given to the client until ALL outstanding amounts are paid. If another party is to pick up albums and/or prints there must be written instruction from the signer / client.
IMAGE SELECTION for wedding albums must be selected within 60 days of the delivery of photographs (14 days for engagement album/s) If the 60 day (14 day for engagement album/s) period has been exceeded, the studio will select tasteful images for your wedding/engagement album/s.

ALBUM PROOFING: The client is able to view a digital version of the album/s before it is printed. If however there are images that client wishes to change / replace, up to 2 images will be edited and/or replaced at no charge. Further changes will be billed at 10.00 per image.

MODEL RELEASE: We may use photographic images, for advertising or display purposes. This applies to all participants and or guests of the wedding.
THE RETAINER IS NON-REFUNDABLE: Upon signature and receipt of the required RETAINER, the photographer will reserve the time and date shown. The retainer WILL NOT be credited to a new date if a date change takes place less than 90 days prior to the wedding date itself. Changes must be in writing. Cancellation by phone is NOT sufficient.

HOURS: Photographer will be at the wedding for a total of 6-10 hours. Any additional hours added on the wedding day will be charged at a rate of 275.00 per/hour.

ENGAGEMENT SESSIONS: There is a 65.00 rescheduling fee for engagement sessions due to the limited amount of availability for engagement photography dates. Because most weddings occur on weekends we shoot engagement sessions during weekdays. RUSH FEE: Post production for engagement sessions are completed within 4-6 weeks after the date of the shoot. If you require the images to be completed prior to 4-6 weeks after the date of the shoot, a rush process of 100.00 will be charged.

MILEAGE: If the venue and or shooting location exceeds a 70 mile radius from the studio, (35 miles one way) will be subject to a 2.00 per/mile traveling fee. The following engagement session destinations are not subject to the aforementioned travel fees, but are subject to the following flat rates.
San Francisco and surrounding areas: 500.00, Santa Barbara County: 150.00, San Diego: 250.00, Central California areas: 300.00 All other wedding / engagement destinations not mentioned beyond 175 miles round trip are to be negotiated on a situational bases. PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Retainer is $500.00 or 25% of the total balance (whichever amount is greater). The engagement session balance is due on or before the session date. Outstanding balances are to be paid in full 7 days before Wedding dates. If your payment is by check or credit card, the balance must be paid 7 days prior to the wedding date for sufficient time to clear payments. Returned checks and declined credit cards are subject to a 70.00 fee.
