When imagining the perfect location for Jocelyn and Steven's pre-wedding shoot, I knew it had to be nothing short of spectacular. What I love most about these two is their unwavering zest for life. Being around them is like a shot of B12. Their relationship is one of joy and positivity, so it came as no surprise that it was so easy to be around them.
We spent the road trip talking about their future plans, which somehow turned into a deeper discussion about the universe, coming full circle as we comedically spotted the alien beef jerky pit-stop along the way.
We passed so many photo-worthy locations that it really took some will-power not to stop every five minutes. Death Valley does not disappoint! As a side note, I very much recommend doing photo-sessions here during winter time, and if you are making just a day-trip like we did, make sure to download your entire map of directions beforehand as there is little to no cell service there.
I want to give a big congrats to these two beautiful people, who I wish a lifetime of happiness and adventures. Also a big shout-out to Abraham, who came along to film and to my husband, who assisted with carrying gear and driving and being awesome.
